M D Aesthetics and Dermatology PLLC is a boutique dermatology practice located in Chicago’s West Loop, founded in 2017 by Dr. Gabriel J. Martinez-Diaz, MD, FAAD, a Stanford University–trained, board-certified dermatologist.

Our practice was created with a clear purpose: to provide high-quality dermatologic care that combines medical rigor, aesthetic excellence, and a highly personalized patient experience.
