Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Regular Appointments: A minimum of 24 business hours’ notice is required
• Procedural Appointments: A minimum of 72 business hours’ notice is required

Appointments changed, canceled, or missed outside of these timeframes will incur the following fees:

$300 for procedural appointments

$175 for regular appointments
