Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To preserve the integrity of your reserved time:

  • Standard Appointments: A minimum of 24 business hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Procedural Appointments: A minimum of 72 business hours’ notice is required.

Appointments modified, canceled, or missed outside of these respective notice periods will incur a fee of $175 for standard appointments and $300 for procedural appointments.
